Terms of Service

Putted is an online tee-time booking service operated by EVC Studios. Golf courses publish their tee sheet through it; golfers reserve a tee time on the course’s booking page. These terms apply to anyone using it.

Your booking is with the course, not with us. The course sets its own hours, rates, and policies, and decides who plays. Putted passes your reservation to them and tells you what happens to it.

A course can move or cancel a tee time — for weather, maintenance, or an event. When that happens we notify you at the email address, and mobile number, you gave.

Putted takes no payment and captures no card. Any total shown while booking is an estimate of what the course will ask for at the pro shop, based on the rates that course has published. Selecting a junior, senior, or military rate is a claim you make, and the pro shop checks it at the counter.

The course’s own price is the one that applies. If an estimate and the counter disagree, the counter is right.

Book tee times you intend to play, with accurate contact details, and cancel ones you don’t need so someone else can have the slot. We may cancel bookings and block access where a booking page is being abused.

Booking gives us your email address so we can confirm the reservation. A mobile number is optional and opts you in to texts about that booking, described in the text message policy. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Notification delivery is best effort. Mail can bounce and texts can fail, and neither undoes a booking — a tee time is reserved the moment you see the confirmation code.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep booking pages up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for a course’s decisions about its own tee sheet.
