The sheet builds itself
You tell Putted what a normal week looks like — first tee, last tee, how many minutes apart, how many golfers per time — and which months that week applies to. That is the whole setup, and we do it for you before you go live.
Every night Putted turns that schedule into real tee times, far enough ahead to match how early you let golfers book. You never open a spreadsheet in January to build April.

Changing your mind is one edit
Move the first tee back an hour, go from 10-minute to 8-minute intervals, close Mondays in October — save it once and Putted reconciles the times already on the sheet as well as the ones it has yet to build.
Nothing is deleted. A group already booked into a time you just closed keeps their time, and you are told about it rather than finding out when they show up. Undo the change and the sheet goes back exactly as it was.
The phone still rings, and that is fine
A caller who wants 8:10 for two gets typed onto the sheet in a few seconds, and gets the same confirmation code, the same emailed confirmation and the same reminder as somebody who booked online. It is one booking system with two front doors, not two systems you reconcile at the end of the day.
If you want to keep some room back for the phone, set aside a spot or two per tee time. The website will not sell them; your counter still can. Nobody has to close a whole tee time to protect a twosome.
Two golfers cannot take the same spot
When two people go for the last opening at 7:40 at the same moment, exactly one of them gets it and the other is told immediately. That is handled in the database rather than hoped for, which is the difference between an online tee sheet and a form that emails you.

How far ahead does the tee sheet go?
As far ahead as you choose to sell — seven days, fourteen, thirty. Putted extends the sheet every night to keep that window full, so you never build tee times by hand.
What happens if we change our hours mid-season?
