The cancel link is the point
A no-show costs you the tee time twice: once because nobody played it, and once because you could not sell it to the group that called at nine. Every confirmation and reminder Putted sends carries a link that cancels the booking in one tap and puts the spot straight back on your sheet.

It comes from you
The confirmation says your course name, and when a golfer hits reply it goes to your pro shop rather than into a vendor’s support queue. Putted is the plumbing; the relationship stays yours.
Delivery never breaks a booking
If an email bounces or a text fails, the tee time is still booked and the sheet is still right. Notification problems get logged for us to look at; they do not become your problem at the counter.
A caller without an email address is not a problem either — the pro shop books them without one rather than typing in a fake address that nothing can be delivered to.
